Sutcliffe Homes Inc. is a family owned business that began in 1986. Doug & Lorraine Hutchison, along with 12 employees and many quality subtrades build custom homes and renovations. Doug and Lorraine have been involved in the construction industry for the past 30 years. Every member of the Sutcliffe Team is responsible, courteous, versatile and dedicated to excellence.
Sutcliffe is a small hands-on company (even the president works on the job site when necessary!!) but is also large enough and has the experience to handle any job. We believe in being on time. Our job sites are clean & tidy. Our people are serious about producing an excellent product but also enjoy their jobs and know how to have fun.
