Dominion Lending is not your standard bank

I am in the process of purchasing an investment property that I will be renting out. Having used a bank for my own home, I really wasn't interested in going the traditional route again. The bank personnel were difficult and at times, insulting. A co-worker recommended Dominion Lending, and I am thankful I did. I've met with them 4 times (so far), and every time has been a positive experience. So, thank you Dominion Lending, for taking the stress and uncertainty out of mortgage set up.
