Is it possible for these dumpsters to cause any damage to my driveway if it sits there for a couple of weeks?

There will be no damage done to your driveway. This is because when the driver comes to deliver it, they will first put down some wooden boards and then place the dumpster carefully on top of them. This will prevent any possible damage to your driveway.
