I recently discovered the professionalism and supreme customer services of Bin There, Dump That. Previously, I had been using another local bin rental company in Dorchester and had gotten frustrated with their lack of professionalism and customer service. The good people at BTDT made it very easy to rent bins, have them dropped off where and when I needed them and picked up when I was finished with it. The delivery driver even suggested a different location to put the bin that would be less intrusive to local traffic and benefit our working procedures. The spot that the driver suggested was going to be way more difficult to get the bin into than the spot I had suggested. Without hesitation, he was able to safely drop the bin and even used some wood boards to place the rental bin on so that it would not damage the area. That was very thoughtful. This was the first time I've ever dealt with a company that would go out of their way to make it easier for their customer. Their customer service alone is reason enough to use them again!
