What are some of the benefits of hiring a personal trainer? Would they be worth it, or might I be better off trying to work out on my own?

I was thinking the same thing at first until I started working with the personal trainer. Thanks to my personal trainer I have been able to already meet some of my fitness goals. I am glad that I decided to hire one as I am now in the best shape I have been in years!

I'm looking for a family personal trainer! As a family of four, we are looking for a way to be active together, as a family. We have had personal trainers individually but would like the opportunity to get involved in fitness together. What kind of training would be involved and how long of a program could we commit to?

The Fun of Fitness

I had my son's eighth birthday at The Fun of Fitness recently and I would like to thank everyone for making it a special day for us. Physical exercise is very important to my husband and I, and we would like our children to be active. In addition to the regular training at this great Toronto Fitness center, they have programs set up for kid's parties. Rather than sit around and play video games, all the kids were active. My son just asked me if he could go back for their kid's fitness program. I highly recommend this guys: GREAT FAMILY APPROACH TO FITNESS! If you live in the Toronto/GTA, give this place a call! You won't regret it.
